SNAP-Ed 2018 County Profile
The SNAP-Ed County Profile dashboard is a tool consisting of a variety of publically available county and census tract level data relevant to the goals and objectives of SNAP-Ed. The profiles were compiled to assist Local Health Departments and other SNAP-Ed implementing agencies to plan their SNAP-Ed funded interventions and collaborative efforts.
